Tax Abatement Inc operates on a contingency basis.We earn our professional fees only if we lower your property tax bill. There is a nominal filing and processing fee in the amount of $25 ($15 County Fee / $10 Administrative) for each property appealed to the County’s Value Adjustment Board.
